Body flow yoga was started in 2000 by Sophie Lefevre Bunn. Having commenced yoga as a child and being interested in what makes people calm and happy, her lifelong interest in mindful practices lead her to teach yoga. After a retreat in Bali, where she saw the locals practicing yoga in  parachute silks hanging from trees, the idea for Body flow Aerial was born.  Sophie developed the signature Aerial Flow style combined with embodied mindfulness to compliment the yoga floor practice.

Light filled studio designed for yoga

Body Flow is a centre for learning and fun, and a nurturing environment is vital to support your development. Our newly renovated studio is designed to look as superb as you will feel: light, bright, calm and comfortable. Our studio features far-infrared heating panels, delightfully light and strong aerial silks, clean bathrooms to ease you in and out of each class, and all the other essentials you’ll need, like mats, water and nourishing snacks.
